To access our resource library please make sure you're logged in. If you haven't made an account yet, please ensure your account uses the same email that you purchased your subscription with.

To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you are using NDIS funding and are self-managed, complete your purchase as above and use your receipt to claim reimbursement from NDIS.

For clients using NDIS agency or plan-managed, you will need to complete a service agreement for subscription services and purchases from the store.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer payment options through popular online payment platforms such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

Currently, we only ship products from our store within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our online resource library is all digital products so is available worldwide.

The delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for faulty products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer
support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide
instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

We do not offer returns and exchanges for change of mind.

Authorization (RMA) number.
