Order times will vary pending on your mode of payment - NDIS plan managed orders may take longer to process depending on the time taken by your plan manager to process your claim. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping within Australia using Australia Post. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the desired shipping method that best suits your requirements.

  3. Shipping Timeframes: The estimated shipping timeframes will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.   4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
